This online operator training will provide you with theoretical knowledge that is needed to operate the Rademaker production line.

AUDIENCE

Operator, supervisors, line managers. A maximum of 6 students per trainer.

CONTENT

This theoretical training focusses on the cascade system and the reduction steps on the bread line. This training will answer these questions:

  • Why is the cascade system so important and what does it do?
  • What are correct reduction steps and how do I calculate them?
  • How do I configure the breadline to get the correct product pitch and dough width?

TRAINERS

The trainer that will give the training is always an experienced Rademaker Academy Trainer.

LANGUAGES

Training can be given in Dutch, English or German, other languages will require a translator.
